At S & M East rentals we are comitted to giving you courteous and professional care. Our leases are for one year that run from August 1, until July 29th at noon. We will show apartments after hours by appointment only. We have trained courteous staff to help you with your rental needs. We have 24 hour emergency maintenance available, as well as daytime staff from 8-5 M-F. They will help you with your maintenace problems in a timely manner. We do have a few apartments that we will accept Section 8 housing. The staff will strive to make your lease with us a pleasant and happy experience.
